This award honours the most impactful use of new technology to enhance event delivery or experience. Entrants should highlight how their innovation improved engagement, efficiency or outcomes, supported by results such as usage data, feedback or recognition.

 

 

Entries will be judged by these criteria:

 

  • Innovation: What new or cutting-edge technology – including AI – was used to enhance event planning, delivery, engagement or operations?     

  • Impact & Functionality: How did this tech improve experience, efficiency, personalisation, decision-making, or sustainability?  

  • Success Evidence: Share performance metrics, usage data, or stakeholder feedback that demonstrate tangible value or sectoral innovation.
